Delete account
You can delete your Fumitoon account and its data without opening the app. A code is sent to your account's e-mail address; entering it closes the account at once, and it is deleted for good after 7 days. Signing in to the app and confirming before then cancels the deletion.
What is deleted
- Your e-mail address, password hash and Google account id
- Translated chapters and page images on the server
- Series, characters and terms, translated texts
- Your feedback and page reports
Credit transactions are kept as accounting records that can't be linked to you (without e-mail or id). Remaining credits can no longer be used and are not refunded. A one-way hash of the address is kept for a year; a new account with the same address gets no sign-up bonus in that time. Chapters saved on your device are deleted when you uninstall the app or delete them in the app. Details are in the privacy policy.
Deletion request received
Your account is closed and will be deleted for good, with its data, after 7 days. Sessions in the app have ended. If you change your mind, sign in to the app before then and cancel the deletion. A confirmation e-mail has been sent.
