Terms of Use

Fumitoon translates comic chapters from the official sites you open in the in-app browser with AI and shows the translation for you to read. Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors, gaps or misplaced text. You can tell us about a wrong page with "Report a problem" in the app.

• An account is required. Use an e-mail address that is yours and correct.
• Keep your password secret. If you notice activity you didn't do, change your password and tell us.
• One person may not open several accounts to collect free credits.

• Translation uses credits. A new account gets 160 credits, and 100 free credits arrive every calendar month after the sign-up month. What a part costs depends on the quality you pick and is shown before translating.
• Credits for a failed translation are refunded automatically. Credits for the untranslated parts of a chapter you stop or delete are refunded.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be moved to another account and can't be exchanged for money. Remaining credits lapse when the account is deleted.
• Credits obtained through abuse (such as multiple accounts) may be taken back.

• Credit packs and subscriptions are bought through Google Play, which takes the payment. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy, in your country's currency.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period unless cancelled before it ends. Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• The Unlimited plan is subject to a fair-use limit, shown on the plan's page.
• Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund process and applicable consumer law. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital content that has started to be used apply as the law provides.

• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial reading.
• Don't publish, share, sell or distribute translated pages. The comics belong to their rights holders.
• Don't overload the service with automated tools, try to get around its limits, reverse engineer the app or use a modified version of it.
• Don't use it to translate unlawful content.

Comics and site content belong to their rights holders; Fumitoon doesn't publish or distribute them, it only translates the chapter you open, for you. The app, its design and software belong to Akaisora.

We may change features, supported sites, qualities and credit prices to improve the service; the value of credits you bought is not reduced retroactively. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider problems or changes on the sites.

The service is provided "as is". The accuracy of translations is not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the web page. We may close accounts that seriously break these terms, with notice or, where necessary, at once.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in still apply. Questions: [TO BE FILLED IN]. If the terms change, the new version is published at this address; important changes are also announced in the app.
